Mycs3 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

Welcome to mycs3, an online casino and Sports Betting platform operating for users in Malaysia. This Terms & Conditions document governs the relationship between you as the user and mycs3 as the platform operator. These terms apply to all users of the mycs3 platform, including visitors browsing the website without a registered account, members with an active account, and any individual accessing mycs3 services via mobile application or any other means.

To register and use a mycs3 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. mycs3 takes its responsibility to protect minors seriously and will carry out the necessary age verification checks.
• An individual (not a company or automated bot) registering under their own name with accurate and truthful information.
• Is not prohibited from using online gambling platforms under the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which you reside.
• Has never had an account banned by mycs3 previously for fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of terms.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) mycs3 account that may be active at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using different information is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mycs3 account password. The minimum deposit amount at mycs3 is RM10 for all methods. Maximum deposit limits are subject to the limits set by the respective payment providers. mycs3 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges or transaction limits that are beyond mycs3's control.

You are only permitted to make deposits using a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing via another person's account, a stolen credit card, or any other unauthorised means is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and a report to the relevant authorities.

Mycs3 reserves the right to verify the source of your deposit funds as part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. In certain cases, we may request proof of the source of funds before a withdrawal is processed.

Mycs3 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary complications. The following withdrawal policy applies to all mycs3 accounts:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 for each transaction.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and DuitNow.
• Withdrawals to a bank account via bank transfer may take between 30 minutes to 2 hours subject to the processing times of the respective banking institution.
• Mycs3 does not charge any withdrawal fees for standard withdrawals. Any network or processing fees imposed by the payment provider, if applicable, are the provider's responsibility and not mycs3's.

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your mycs3 account. This is part of our security and AML compliance measures to protect all parties.

General conditions that apply to all mycs3 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per qualifying promotion, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Mycs3's standard rollover requirement is 5x the bonus amount received. This means that if you receive a bonus of RM200, you must place bets totalling RM1,000 before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• The standard rollover period is 7 days from the date the bonus is credited. Bonuses and winnings that have not met the rollover requirements within this period will expire automatically.

• All casino game outcomes are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system failure.
• In the event of a technical failure or connection disruption during an active game, mycs3 will attempt to restore the game to its state prior to the disruption. If restoration is not possible, the relevant bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Game outcomes generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final. mycs3 cannot, and will not, alter RNG results in favour of any party.
• For sports and e-sports betting at mycs3, bet outcomes are determined by the official results issued by the relevant competition organiser or league. In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, the applicable policy follows mycs3's detailed sports betting rules.

Mycs3 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on incorrect odds or inaccurate information resulting from technical or human error. In such cases, the bet amount will be fully refunded to your account.

To uphold fairness and the integrity of the mycs3 platform for all members, certain behaviours are strictly prohibited. A breach of any of the following rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Fraud and Forgery: Providing false information during registration, using another person's identity, or falsifying documents for KYC verification purposes.
• Money Laundering: Using the mycs3 platform as a channel to launder or transfer illicit funds. All activity is monitored in accordance with strict AML procedures.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, sharing bonuses with other members, or using methods designed to unfairly exploit the mycs3 bonus system.

Mycs3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time for reasonable grounds, including but not limited to:

• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves for responsible gambling reasons.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity or transactions.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, mycs3 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus credit balances, winnings derived from bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements, and any profits generated through activities that violate these terms. Original deposit funds not involved in any wrongful activity will be returned at mycs3's discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact mycs3 customer support. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal within 3–5 business days.

The mycs3 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. By using the mycs3 platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Mycs3 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or fully suited to all your needs.
• Any financial losses incurred while playing on mycs3 are your personal responsibility. Betting carries risks that you accept upon registration.
• Mycs3 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including any loss of anticipated profits.
